// PERSONALITY

Batuhan isn't the type to reject all social gatherings; he merely prefers his solitude for a multitude of reasons that he doesn't feel obligated to explain to people. He is confident in his individualism - this does not mean he only thinks of himself, but rather the opposite. People are only ever stronger when together. So, the ones he allows into his life are required to pass through the very short criteria he crafts for himself. This is not out of conceited preference, but to avoid the mistakes he has made in the past. Having once orbited around degenerates for a lack of a decent label. It is better to be alone than in bad company after all. Keeping his circle small to avoid drama for the sake of his own sanity and time. If the early years of his life has taught him anything, it's that company must be tried before your confidence is entrusted.

There are hardly any cases where the Mongol refuses to be cooperative. The rare cases in which this is true would be when he is being abused and unable to keep himself in check. Preserving his emotional stability is what is to be expected from Batuhan; so to reach this boiling point would mean you are practically berating him every time he blinks. Why would you? Can you even see beyond his goggles? Pugnacious and or bigoted folk make it exceedingly challenging for Batuhan to bite his dormant crude tongue. Asking for boundaries to be respected should in no way be a tasking request in his relationships. Nor should anyone bother to tug at his nerves; he is a patient individual.

Self discipline having molded him into a calm and responsible man when backed up against the odds; preferring to stay optimistic. To stay optimistic he must oversee that others are just as passionate about the task ahead. Infact, to make use of his persuasive verbal skills to up the morale makes him pleased, a sense of self achievement. After all, results are generated better when one remains dutiful no matter the challenge ahead. Doesn't matter to Batuhan how they approach it, as long as they do.

Because of his observant ways and mentally judging them to his criteria, the bar he sets for those he works with becomes justifiably high. Batuhan epects reliable partners and sophisticated responses. No matter how tense the airs become between him and a co-worker; he expects the machinery to come first. For the type of field he's in, there is no time for bickering because in the grand finale the fuel line won't care. It will continue to leak. While he has a preference for classy and mature people, he has no problem working with the tools he is given. Regardless of presence his results are spectacular. It fills him with pride when the other mechanics are just as confident in their results despite of who it is handing them the wrench. Batuhan himself wishes to be just as reliable and minimize space for failure where his partner struggles.

He is still only human, and he knows this, yet mistakes are like a thorn in his side. While they are rare.. he is too stubborn to accept they are possible. Prone to giving things retries even if the jigsaw exactly doesn't fit. To make mistakes but not the witless avoidable ones is something he keeps ingrained to his mind. Being a one-man show is something he has always been before the Osprey. Should the situation ever call for it, god forbid, he is more than capable of hauling the load. A stimulating pass time of his is troubleshooting, to keep his mind fresh. One could say Batuhan is almost afraid to show subpar results. Fearing the day comes where he is paralyzed by the fact he is of no use.

On this same note, Batuhan does not want the people around him to set themselves up for failure nor settle for less. Valuing honesty and letting them know when they can do better. Only if he is aware they mind being bothered, he isn't one to pry if he knows they react quite badly to it. While he may come off rude in his honesty- it is simply because he is not good at social interaction, the positive kind at least. Regardless, if he could make it out of the hole he made for himself on Earth, so could anyone. Passionately caring for those close to him more than ever. His newfound sensitivity to the world makes him test and think about the world surrounding him. In the end, while he doesn't attend all social gathering; he treasures it more than he lets anyone know.
